Art Therapy Workshop

An online, 1.5-2 hour, live workshop for 10-15 people.

An art therapy session tailored to the group's needs and goals for growth and healing.  All you need to bring is paper and colouring pens/markers or pencils. The sessions are guided with prompts, and give you examples and ideas as suggestions to help empower you to trust your own intuition.

 At the end, you can share your experiences with me and I will help you reflect on your process.
