You reach me with your request through the form above or via instagram, and we chat about your idea.

• We can also schedule a phone call to make sure we're on the same page.

 We'll discuss things like: 

• your idea
• reference pictures
• art styles you like
• which wall you envision it going on
• who it is for and if it's for a special occasion
• what the timeframe is
• and shipping options

We can even discuss what colours you'd like, and I will make artistically informed recommendations for size and colour too.

At the end of our chat I will tell you an estimated price range depending on how much detail I go into & the size & materials I use.

• We can be flexible here and negotiate various options to make sure you're happy.

If you agree with the price, I'll send you an Art Commission Agreement for us both to sign summarising our chat and detailing the proposed artwork & timeframe.

• I'll sort out the shipping and give you various shipping options to think about too.

Once signed, I will send over the invoice for the agreed deposit. Once I receive that I'll buy the necessary materials and get started!

• You will get regular updates at four crucial stages of the art process for review, and you will get two free revisions included in the whole process to make sure you're 100% happy with the final result.

Once your custom painting is completely to your liking, you will send the remaining payment and I will package, insure and ship the package over to you using your preferred shipping option.

• I'll still be on call to help you get it framed and assist on how to hang your new art if you need it.
• You'll also receive a certificate of authenticity and my eternal gratitude for letting me be a part of your creative project <3
