Original & Unique Artwork for sale 

So the story behind this painting is what makes it unique, and very personal to me. The year was 2018, and my sister was going through a hard time with her mental health. So I helped her move out of her depressing damp and dark little place into a new one in Amsterdam. She moved in with some really fun roommates, who had this painting hanging up in their bathroom, with a sharpie pen attached to it for guests to sign. So this painting is incredibly unique, and is covered in the lore of many stories of 20-somethings trying to make it in Amsterdam. 

Both the front and the back of this canvas had all sorts of "I was here" bathroom markings. When she moved out she gifted me this painting. It's a symbol of light and brightness returning at the end of the tunnel. So of course I had to make it yellow, and full of symbols of growth and self reflection (there's lots of hidden eyes in the trees).

Nature inspired art 

Birch trees are what inspired the trees with eyes in this painting. I always saw them whizz by my car window while driving places as a kid, and I used to think they were watching me. Not in a creepy way, but in a guidance kind of way. Like these wise old beings were watching me in amusement, like the fairies lived in them. It serves as a reminder that even in your darkest hour, you're not alone.
